10 Keys to Effortless Change and Transformation

HJ: Change is the universe self-correcting through you towards balance, harmony and joy.  Life is constantly nudging you towards your highest fulfillment and self expression.  And when you remember this truth, even though change might be uncomfortable or difficult in the moment, you always know it’s for your highest good.
- Truth

10 Ways To Embrace Change: Empower Yourself, Empower our World

Recently many people have been asking me about how changes can work when they feel lost, or stuck. I say that you really are not lost, or stuck, even though it feels like that! Truthfully, you are in transition and as with any shift, even with diets, we hit a plateau. In the world of internal change, although we can feel that we are without direction, recognizing anything is called an “A-HA” moment.
When we recognize an internal sadness or discomfort, we can begin to see that it’s time for change. It’s important to feel what we are experiencing. That alone can change the old cellular patterns just by acknowledging that you’re ready to move forward, and sometimes that comes with the sensation of feeling alone, lost, stuck, unaccepted, disappointed with life, not understood, etc. If we are able to shift the perspectives as we feel these emotion, we will feel the internal support that will get us through these ominous times.
When I read people and where they are energetically, I witness each person on a verge of some change. My Cherokee mentor of 12 years, Karen Land, used to say there are 2 ways to get things done in this world.. the easy way and the hard way! When we feel these shifts occurring, we may take the hard road , not because we want it that way consciously, but because it pulls in a stronger meaning to some people to know you are capable, consistent, and sometimes, a diehard! Yet, we have to ask ourselves if that is even truly necessary in the way of shifting gears in our lives. Most of the time, you’ll find it really isn’t. We look back on our experiences and have to ask ourselves why we did the things we did in the past, even though that was the best we knew at the time! So now here we are. A new experience is happening that will change you forever from the past to the internal moment of now….but how?
Your experiences are your own, however, it’s a small world and sooner or later you come across someone who resonates to the same thing you’ve been through! You learn by listening to what they did in their situation, and either feel that you could do what they did, or just basically say, “I’m glad I didn’t have to go through that!” Either way, this synchronistic occurrence is a blessing at the time you are in the throws of change. So here are a few pointers for abiding by these changes for your own internal shifting, which all roads leads to Self Empowerment!

4 Skills To Cultivate Your Potential

It’s often said that a great deal of growth occurs after trauma:
  • The woman who is diagnosed with an illness and decides to create a life she loves
  • The man who survives an accident and develops a sense of his priorities
  • The brother who loses his sibling and cultivates stronger bonds with friends & family
Whatever it might be, trauma can often be a springboard to realize our purpose, fertilize our growth, and actualize our potential. This phenomenon is known as post-traumatic growth and commonly includes:
  • More focus on one’s goals & dreams
  • A renewed sense of meaning & purpose
  • A better understanding of oneself
  • A change in priorities and the ability to choose actions that align with them
  • Deeper connections & relationships
The good news is that you don’t have to wait for a traumatic life event to gain this level of clarity. You can unleash it at any time by developing

The 4 Skills To Cultivate Your Potential:

1. MENTAL RESILIENCE.

Anything worth doing takes willpower. Tackle a challenge without giving up, even if it’s a small task.
Do it: Practice tolerating boredom by not picking up your cell phone for 5 minutes.

2. PHYSICAL RESILIENCE.

Many people are stagnant in life because they are physically stagnant. The answer: don’t sit still all day.  Physical movement actively improves your body & brain.
Do it: Vow to get up from your desk each hour of your workday.

3. EMOTIONAL RESILIENCE.

When feeling down, it’s easy to forget that you have the ability to invoke positive feelings on command. If you can actively tap into things that make you happy, you will dramatically improve your mood and ability to tackle challenges. Researchers often refer to the 3:1 Positive Emotion Ratio. For every negative thought, actively choose to have 3 positive thoughts to improve your overall health & happiness.
Do it: Look up a YouTube video of your favorite baby animal.

4. SOCIAL RESILIENCE.

There’s strength in numbers, so why not reach out? Instead of isolating, connect with your friends, family and community.
Do it: Express gratitude by sending someone a thank you note/email/text.
Bonus: Embrace the power of touch. Shaking someone’s hand for 6 seconds increases your level of Oxytocin (the feel good & bonding hormone)

The Takeaway:

You determine the rate of your growth. Don’t wait for a rock-bottom. Do it on your terms.

Suffering And Life Mystery

One of the things that make relationships so difficult is the way in which we protect ourselves from suffering — from our own and from each other’s. Then, suffering a life mystery comes to our daily love. The reason of suffering is when you love someone you don’t want to lay your suffering on them and your fears. Also you are afraid if you open your heart too far their suffering will overwhelm you. Because when you look at the world, you just see suffering everywhere.

SUFFERING AND DE-MASKING YOUR PAIN…

If you scratched the surface of every person in this room, you will find that there is some suffering. Some people who are walking around here smiling at each other and sitting down and having wonderful, gentle conversations, inside have very deep pain and deep fear. But they have learned so well how to mask it from each other. The culture reinforces that saying, don’t bring your pain to me. I only want your happiness. I’ll put up with a little of it but not much of it because you will scare me.

UNDERSTANDING NATURE OF YOUR SUFFERING…

Now just as I said before, if you are going to be able to deal with seeing someone else’s beauty, you have to be able to acknowledge your own beauty. In a similar way if you are going to able to be available for someone else’s suffering you have to be able to acknowledge your own suffering and be able to understand the nature of suffering in such a way that you have converted the quality of suffering in yourself.

SUFFERING A WAY OF LOVE…

Gurdjieff, the Russian philosopher, said there is nothing that can be attained spiritually without suffering in life. But at the same time, if you are going to proceed on the journey you must sacrifice suffering. You hear the dual nature of it. You have to have suffered because the suffering is what burns through you and deepens the compassion and opens the door. Suffering brings you closer to the mystery. At the same moment if you hold on to the suffering and grab at it and sort of wallow in it or cling to it, it stops the journey.

SUFFERING AS A TRANSFORMING VEHICLE…

There is an understanding of suffering such that you don’t invite suffering into your life but when it comes you work with it and transform it. The extreme of it is the Christian monk who is saying, “God, God give me more pain. Give me more suffering because I want to get closer to you.” And Maharaj ji saying, “Do you like suffering or joy,” and saying, “I love suffering – it brings me so close to God.”
…and I am saying….”suffering to me is like sweet joy and pain married in our daily life”…it comes and goes and waiting for a circle to be reversed can be magical…in time just between.

GMO basics for natural health - How to avoid and why you may need to detox

GMOs are genetically modified foods made from combing genes from two or more unrelated species into one organism. The two most common types of genetic modifications are modifying crops to produce pesticides or modifying crops to be immune to herbicides (making them Roundup ready). Sugar beets have been modified to be Roundup ready. Both kinds of genetic modifications have been applied to corn and soy in the same seed.

What's so bad about GMOs?

GMOs have not undergone long-term studies. When biotech claims GMOs have been tested thousands of times, they're referring to 90-day studies or studies done for less than two years that have been funded by the industry.
There have been several studies linking GMOs to numerous health problems. The most common problems associated with long-term GMO consumption are kidney and liver damage, faulty insulin regulation, accelerated aging, cancer, and infertility. To look at the results of these studies, please see the link below.

How to Avoid GMOs

When asked, more than half of all consumers say they avoid eating GMOs. Sadly this isn't the case at all. Consumers probably would avoid them if they were labeled, but over 90% of Americans and Canadians eat GMOs on a regular basis. If more of us knew what was genetically modified, we wouldn't eat these foods, and Monsanto and other businesses would be forced to find another way to make money.
Buying organic is the easiest way to avoid GMOs, and when you buy organic you also avoid pesticides and other chemical additives. Non-GMO project verified is a safe bet that the food is free of GMOs, but other toxins from conventional methods of agriculture are a given if the food is not organic.
The eight most common GMO crops are corn, soybeans, canola, cottonseed, sugar-beets, papaya, zucchini, and squash. Unfortunately, hundreds of other genetically modified foods are in development. It is only a matter of time before GMOs become much harder to avoid.
GMOs are almost always in processed foods. Soy, high fructose corn syrup (now also called fructose) or sugar from sugar beets are found in almost every processed food. Over 90% of soy, corn, and sugar beets grown in the U.S. have been genetically modified. If you see these ingredients in your food, you can bet it has been genetically modified.

US Training Nazis, Western Media Providing Cover

It has become a popular position both in the mainstream and pseudo-alternative media, and among those on the Russophobic left, to downplay the significant fascist influence on the political and military institutions, as well as the cultural character of the “New Ukraine.” Quite often, the reality of Ukrainian fascism is obscured by vague assertions that such conclusions are merely “Russian propaganda,” that they are simply Kremlin talking points, and not statements of objective reality.
Indeed, influential political figures such as the ever-hilarious John McCain and Jen Psaki, and global media brands like The Guardian and FOX, have all rushed to the nearest camera or twitter account to proclaim that Ukraine is “free” and that we should “stand united” with it. Carefully embedded in these pleas is the notion that Ukraine is democratic, and that whatever “ultra-nationalists” – coded language for fascists and Nazis – exist, are merely a marginal influence at best.
Such vacuous statements belie the inescapable fact that Nazis make up an important strata of both the political and military establishment. Moreover, they are intended to provide cover for US policy which provides these elements with the support they need to both influence the political development of the country, and prosecute its illegal war against the people of Donetsk and Lugansk.
At issue is not whether everyone in Ukraine is a Nazi, as that is an absurd argument that no one is really making. Rather, the question has to do with precisely which individuals and factions that are unmistakably fascist are being supported, directly or indirectly, by the US and its allies. More to the point, which of the US-backed Nazi elements are integral to the continued illegal war against the East, and which figure prominently in the future trajectory of the Ukrainian state.

Fear of Success, Living in Lack, and How We’ve Been Brainwashed to Resist Money

I have come to believe that many people are running a mental program around their thoughts on money that they may not even be aware of.  I also think that this is only partially our fault, and the origins of this program were created to try to control the masses and cause us to keep ourselves poor.   In my last post, I explained how we’ve gotten ourselves confused on what value means, this post is a follow up to further provide some solutions on how we can change our toxic thinking around money so that we can create value for others and provide for ourselves and our dreams.
In the last year, I have observed extreme behaviors around money on opposite ends of a spectrum. Money brings out extreme emotions in human beings. I’ve seen rich people who believe the poor brought it upon themselves, and I’ve seen poor people who blame the rich for taking all their money.  It was through these observations that I was able to see the programming clearly. I feel a lot of us are running a version of the ”twisted money mentality program”, and I also think its making us mentally ill. A lot of extreme behaviors around money are the result of the skewing of our money system and our confusion.

Living in Lack- The Poverty Mentality.

Many of us know of someone who “grew up during the depression”.  There are hard core personality traits that develop in generations of people who have experienced extreme lack.  This is an example of  a mental program around money. In some cases, an older person will have plenty of money, yet they still save scraps of tinfoil to use for later. “Hording” is a behavior where this mental illness has gone to an extreme, based in a feeling of deep insecurity and fear. The accumulation of tons of “stuff” somehow makes the person feel safe.
Lack is a mentality whose mental effects can stretch far beyond the remedy.  Fear of not having enough causes people to go into survival mode, and in many cases, it becomes “survive at the expense of another”.  When we experience extreme lack, human beings can do despicable things that they would never normally do.  For example, what would a mother do to feed her starving child, would she kill if she had to?
People are confused when it comes to how they deal with their feelings of lack. Even if someone suddenly has their needs met, the lack mentality can still continue and in some cases backfire to sabotage the person. There have been studies done on people who have won the lottery and how it has effected them. Surprisingly, many of them ended up spending all of it and put themselves into worse debt then ever before. In many cases it destroyed a lot of them. There have been communities of people that lasted for years while they were impoverished, and then a sudden inflow of money or success destroyed the community. This is because no one ever dealt with the lack mentality, and the emotional baggage of the program.

Why Playing it Safe Is The Most Dangerous Thing You Can Do

We often think to ourselves that playing it safe is a smart bet. To play it safe, many of us take the job with the good benefits, drive the car with the good mileage, and purchase the home in the safe community.
However, while it is unnecessary to swing for the fences with every life decision, playing it safe as your standard decision-making practice is actually the most dangerous thing that you can do with your life. Here are three reason why.

1. Playing it safe often means that we are going along with herd

Who decided what was safe and what was dangerous? For example, when did we decide that it was safe to purchase a car, but dangerous to own a motorcycle? Of course, motorcycle accidents are more likely to be lethal, but most motorcyclists will still ride safely without incident. Beyond that though, motorcycles often cost less money, are more fun to ride, take up less valuable space, use less gas and are less of an environmental threat.
There are always benefits, and dangers, to both sides of an argument, if we are willing to look.
The reason why we assume that some actions are safe and others are dangerous is that, in many cases, we have accepted the viewpoint of the herd, and stopped looking for the other side of the coin. Somewhere along the line it was decided that it was safe to go to college, get a specific type of job, pay your taxes, settle down in a monogamous, heterosexual relationship, and have two kids. Because of directives from the herd like these , many people have conformed to a very similar life structure, often hoping to play the “safe” bet in life.
Unfortunately, playing it safe by following the herd for all of our decision-making is dangerous because when we follow it, we aren’t using our own free will to make our own choices! When there is a great opportunity available that will provide us with more fun, more fulfillment, and more security we might not even recognize it just because it doesn’t pass the herd “sniff test.”

2. Playing it safe often happens when operating from a place of fear

If you aren’t operating from a place of fear, you probably have no reason to play it safe. Playing it safe is usually a symptom of being afraid of making a mistake or taking a wrong turn.
The reason that operating from a place of fear is dangerous is because fear draws fearful things toward it. This is why people who take every precaution to avoid illnesses and accidents tend to be the ones who have the most of them. By focusing on what we don’t want, we actually draw these things closer to us! For this reason, playing it safe is indeed not at all a safe bet.
The reality is, that if you can find a way to drop the fear, you will literally have nothing to fear. When you are moving in the flow of the universe, and following your intuition with total faith, you are as safe as you can ever be.
Make it your goal to get in tune with your intuition and do what you feel called to do, regardless if others claim it isn’t “safe.” By dropping the fear, you will be enveloped in all of the safety you will ever need, and you will lead a happier, healthier and more prosperous life.

3. Playing it safe often means you are settling in life

Listen, we really don’t know what comes after this life with a great deal of certainty. All we know is that at some point, we are going to die. Do we really want to spend our lives playing it safe and doing everything the way that everyone else is doing it?
Sure, some of the things we have in common with the herd are probably exactly what we want (for example, I have the standard family with a husband and two kids, and I’m perfectly happy with that!). However, for others, if you aren’t content with the direction the herd is moving in, it’s best to branch off and do what you want to do to improve your quality of life.
Imagine what you’ll be looking back on as you lie on your deathbed. Realize that playing it safe for every life decision means that we will definitely look back on life with at least a few regrets. This is the most dangerous thing of all about playing it safe because it means that we are squandering the only thing we really know we have, which is the here and now.
Make this life count! Take a risk now and again. As as has been famously said before: “In the end, we only regret the chances we didn’t take.”
Because playing it safe means that we are often moving with the herd, operating from a place of fear and settling in life, playing it safe is the most dangerous thing we can do, because it ultimately sabotages our ability to have a genuinely safe and fulfilling life.
So how does one move away from a life of playing it safe? It’s fairly simple. Just start with the small decisions and move up as you become more confident in your ability to choose the actions that are right for you. Get in the habit of making more decisions as an individual, regardless of what the herd has to say about it.
So the next time you want to wear something different from your group of friends, wear it. The next time you want to take the longer or less conventional route, take it. Get in the habit of following your intuition on the smaller decisions in life and you will become more comfortable following your inner guidance when it comes to the big decisions.
Remember, when you’re willing to move away from the herd, drop the fear and go after what your intuition is pulling you towards, life will become happier, healthier and more prosperous. So let go of the need to play it safe, because in the end, “playing it safe” is far riskier than gambling on your dreams.

How Playing an Instrument Benefits your Brain

When you listen to music, multiple areas of your brain become engaged and active. But when you actually play an instrument, that activity becomes more like a full-body brain workout.
With the technologies developed in the last decade or so allowing us to witness brain activity as its happening, scientists are able to observe and study the parts of our brain that “light up” during certain activities and experiences. A healthy brain will have lots of activity in the areas of the brain needed for any given process as it forms and exercises connections. In musicians, brain activity explodes while playing their instrument of choice, working through an astonishing number of areas of the brain at lightning fast speeds.
This video explains the fireworks that go off in musicians’ brains when they play, and examines some of the long-term positive effects of this mental workout.

Is there a Depopulation Agenda? Who will Pay the Ultimate Price?

In hearing rumors and seeing evidence of an agenda to depopulate the world, through vaccinations, GMO foods, engineered diseases, eugenics programs, etc.
I am reminded of a short story I read many years ago by Isaac Asimov called "The Winnowing."
It's the tale of a genetic scientist who is cornered and manipulated by the elite to develop and implement a technology in food that will "arbitrarily" eliminate 70% of the Earth's population.
I don't want to give it away -- but there is a poetic justice that emerges in this story that I would like to share.
If you are partial to reading, you can read the short story here: The Winnowing
-OR-
If you prefer to listen, below is a youtube of a reading done by Vyzygoth (less than 20 minutes) a number of years ago. He begins reading the story at Six minutes and Twenty seconds (6:20).

Uncovering the Universe Within

There’s so much I don’t know, so much it would seemingly benefit me to know, and SO much knowledge available to us right now. Recently a friend showed me some of the spiritual/metaphysical videos he had been watching, and he remarked on the availability of such previously sought-after information. It’s true… some of this is treasure! Why is it now freely given to millions?
In the past, people who wanted knowledge would have to first discover that there is such a thing, and then go through great effort to get to the location where that knowledge is, and once found, they would have to qualify to receive it. So ‘seeking to know’ would have to be the person’s destiny: can’t help it, born to do it, pulled to it in fact.
Are millions of people being pulled now? I mean… Deepak is on Oprah! All that is required to learn about self-development, spirituality, metaphysics and so on, is an open mind and an internet connection. The existence of today’s massive ‘all levels consciousness school’ points to the possibility that the information has a great and timely purpose.
Why now? The outside global picture is catastrophic. It looks like our world will blow up at any minute, there’s pain and suffering everywhere: just thinking about it we could get lost in grief.
So what are we thinking about? A growing number of people are turning their attention to the inside. For some it is to escape, for others it is to ease inner suffering, and for still others it is Spirit in action, or to make it completely clear: it is God acting upon the world.
Do I actually propose that there is a divine force, in action now, working to affect the external world? Yes, I do. It looks to me like humans power the whole thing, and we are that force. Some have said that other-dimensional forces are involved, and it could be so. Nonetheless, whatever exists, we’re still the ones responsible for change.

From quiet stillness comes positive action

‘Doing’ without ‘being’ has led humankind down a troublesome path, says Giles Hutchins. Now is the time to transform the way we exist in the world

We live amid shifting tectonic plates in our mythological, philosophical, scientific, cultural and socioeconomic models. Core to this shift is a questioning of who we are, why we are here, and how we live sustainably. The dominant materialistic perspective of life as purposeless with organisms as separate entities struggling for survival in an innately competitive world has had its day. A new worldview is dawning whereupon we recognise that life is continually expressing itself through dynamic reciprocity, diversity and interrelatedness. The closer we look, the more we realise that nothing is absolutely separate from anything else. Separateness is an illusion created by an outdated mindset corrupting life itself.
Quantum scientists are now confirming the existence of an all-pervasive presence which is everywhere, permeating everything; a spacious presence flowing throughout reality from which all energy and form is birthed. Energy (which is what matter is) is not separate from space but immersed within and birthed from it, a responsive, energetic, tangible form spawning from an intangible receptivity – there is no separation, only a dance of receptivity and responsiveness. Scientists call this all-pervasive spaciousness the quantum vacuum, zero-point energy, bio-force or life-force energy. It is the same phenomenon the ancient philosophers, prophets, seers and shamans have long spoken of: Akasha, Tao, Shekinah, Divine Ground, Motherly Space, Aluna, Cosmic Mind, Great Mother, Spirit. As the brilliant quantum scientist David Bohm said: “The true ground of all being is the infinite, intangible, spirit that infuses all living beings.”
To attune with the ground-of-all-being is the most radical of all actions. The more we allow this spacious presence into our daily consciousness – through contemplative practices, mindfulness, embodied experiences, deep nature immersions, awakened leadership, presencing, prayer, sacred geometry and such like – the more we begin to perceive a deeper reality beyond the atomising lens of materialism.

Forced Vaccination is a Crime Against Humanity

Foundation Legal Director Ralph Fucetola JD takes a look at the Nuremberg Code and other sources of International Law to conclude that Forced Vaccinations are a Crime Against Humanity.
Denying Informed Consent Violates the Nuremberg Code
Forced Vaccination is a Crime Against Humanity
“Informed consent is meaningless without the right to say: “No!”. – Rima E. Laibow, MD
After the horrors of the Second World War, including the murder and abuse of millions with the complicity of the “health care” authorities of various warring parties, the international community developed conventions and declarations to the end that “Never again!” would the health system be used to harm either individuals or whole populations.
Among these were the Universal Declaration of Rights, Geneva Declaration and the Nuremberg Code.
“Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person… No one shall be subjected to … inhuman or degrading treatment… Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights… No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence…” – http://www.un.org/en/documents/udhr/
“I WILL NOT USE my medical knowledge to violate human rights and civil liberties, even under threat…” –http://www.wma.net/en/30publications/10policies/g1/index.html
“The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved, as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision.” – http://www.hhs.gov/ohrp/archive/nurcode.html
Informed consent may be defined:
“Informed consent is a process for getting permission before conducting a healthcare intervention on a person… In the United Kingdom and countries such as Malaysia and Singapore, informed consent in medical procedures requires proof as to the standard of care to expect as a recognised standard of acceptable professional practice (the Bolam Test), that is, what risks would a medical professional usually disclose in the circumstances (see Loss of right in English law). Arguably, this is “sufficient consent” rather than “informed consent.” … Medicine in the United States, Australia, and Canada take a more patient-centeric approach to “informed consent.” Informed consent in these jurisdictions requires doctors to disclose significant risks, as well as risks of particular importance to that patient. This approach combines an objective (the reasonable patient) and subjective (this particular patient) approach.” –http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Informed_consent
Informed consent is under attack worldwide. Right now there are laws pending in two dozen US states that will abolish or restrict our hard-fought religious and philosophical conscientious objection exemptions to forced vaccination. Bills are being introduced on the federal level to require all Head Start children to have every vaccine “recommended” by the CDC. A new Adult Vaccine Schedule is being promulgated by CDC which will be used by private and public employers and state governments to require ever more adult vaccines… and there are another 200 new vaccines on the way! Australia, another “advanced” country with very high infant mortality and a large number of “recommended” infant vaccines, has just abolished religious conscientious objections to vaccination and will deny welfare benefits to non-vaccinating children.

Language is Powerful: Change Your Words, Change Your Life

Language is powerful.  In fact, it is more powerful than the majority of people think.  With the Law of Attraction, we attract what we are thinking about.  Therefore, when we speak, our words generate thoughts that bring our reality into focus.
So many people are unaware that the choices that they make with their words are the exact reason why they have so many things in their lives that they dislike. Fortunately, changing one’s language is something that anyone can do quickly to start using the Law of Attraction more effectively.

4 Ways to Change Your Words, Change Your Life

1. STOP saying the words don’t, not and no:

According to Michael Losier, Law of Attraction specialist, these words immediately put us into the vibration of attracting unwanted things into our lives.
This is why saying “don’t look!” usually gets an immediate head turn to see what you’re talking about.  When we say “don’t do” something, we offer our attention to the subject we are speaking about, and therefore we manifest exactly what we “don’t” want.
Instead, always be looking for ways to rephrase your don’ts, nots and nos.  Instead of “don’t jump on the couch!” say “please sit down.” Instead of “no, I don’t want to go to the movies,” say “actually, I would rather go out to dinner.”
Make a habit of reducing the words don’t, not and no from your vocabulary. It will have a much more profound effect on your life than you probably think it will.

2. STOP complaining:

Complaining is a wonderful way to keep making unwanted things come to you.  Again, what we focus on, we attract.  The more that we complain that we are sick, broke and tired, the more sick, broke and tired we become.  For more on why it is so hard for so many of us to stop complaining, check out this article.

3. START talking about the good stuff:

Point out the things that are going well in your life.  Is the weather nice today? Good, tell everyone you run into today.  Are you having a good day? Good, make that your daily post on your Facebook wall.  Get in the habit of rejoicing over the things that are going well, and you will start to attract more things that go well.

4. Give thanks verbally:

Gratitude is also a very powerful way to bring more things to you that you want. Get into the habit of saying “thank you” for every little kind gesture that comes your way.  Whether someone simply opens the door for you or they bring you the most extravagant gift, saying “thank you” and acknowledging the kindness that others extend to you is a great way to attract more kindness into your life.
For more good reasons to give thanks, check out this article here.
So if you’d like to start attracting more of what you want into your life with the Law of Attraction, remember that language is powerful, and do your best to evaluate your language choices.  Reduce the words don’t, not and no, avoid complaining as much as you can, point out the things that are going well and make a habit of saying “thank you.”
These four adjustments to our language habits will bring more prosperity, happiness and health into our lives, and they are relatively easy adjustments to make.

Why Do Vaccine-Pushers Chicken-out of Debates about Vaccines?

Within the last few weeks, two debates about vaccines and vaccinations were highly anticipated by those who pejoratively are referred to as “anti-vaxxers.”
One was to have been a debate on April 8, 2015 between vaccine rights attorney Alan Phillips, JD, and Dr. Annie Sparrow, a pediatrician who obviously pushes vaccines literally and figuratively, with the venue being WMNF Radio’s The Fairness Doctrine. Dr. Sparrow flew away and cancelled at the last minute. How disappointing! Consequently, Attorney Phillips issued a three-page paper after the debate actually took place with Radio Host Jennifer Sullivan taking the pro-vaccine argument that Dr. Sparrow obviously was to have ‘nailed down’ but reneged on. One has to question if Dr. Sparrow got cold feet, or if the facts were too hot to handle.
The other debate was to have taken place between two medical doctors: Paul Offit, MD, vaccine inventor, and Toni Bark, MD, an integrative medical practitioner with credentials an arm’s length long, on Wednesday, April 13th, on Chicago 560. The topic to be discussed was “Parental choice and vaccination,” a hot, hot topic now that there have been more and more vaccines added to the CDC’s schedule for children in order to enroll in daycare centers and schools. Again, there was a last-minute “chicken out” by Dr. Offit.
Dr. Offit, who pontificates that children can take 10,000 vaccines without any adverse harm or reactions, probably rethought how he would debate Dr. Bark, whose—pardon the pun—“bark” may have been louder than something Offit could deal with since Dr. B’s been very vocal and public about the lack of oversight regarding vaccines and the dangers from the ever-expanding vaccine schedule, which soon will mandate ALL adults receive children’s shots too!

Heal Your Family – Heal The World

The Ripple Effect of Conscious Family Relationships
Even if we are conscious and awake, we often find ourselves in families where judgement, blame and negative energy is the norm. Maybe we also contribute to this dynamic, even though we “know better.” When family members are not responsible with their energy or accountable for their behavior, family dysfunction is often the result. In one way or another, this is true for most families and the very reason why we experience so much family discord and disconnection. From a higher perspective, what we consider normal, in many cases, is actually abusive.
But what if you could live in a family where everyone is responsible with their energy and everyone is accountable to a higher (more aware) way of living and loving?
Like many, I had a dream of healing the world, but, at some point, it occurred to me – if I couldn’t heal my own family, how could I heal the world? At that realization, I turned my attention to the home front, and I decided that I would focus all my attention on healing the unresolved issues in my family. I was then shown that the healing of the world unfolds as a result of each family healing itself.
The “work” is very personal – it is not far away nor does it require degrees, money or special talents. The work is in healing what is right before us in our own families, and it naturally ripples out – contributing exponentially to the healing of humanity.

Is The Credibility Bubble Bursting?

In a fiat currency system, perception is, by definition, everything. Paper money has no intrinsic value. So the people saving it and accepting it in exchange aren’t expressing faith in the money itself but in the competence and honesty — and power — of the institutions managing it. Let that faith erode and those slips of colored paper and ephemeral computer bits revert to their intrinsic value.
And on the credibility front, the trends aren’t encouraging. Consider the coverage of this weekend’s Washington DC meetings of the International Monetary Fund and World Bank, two global financial institutions that the US dominates. From the New York Times:

At global economic gathering, concerns that US is ceding its leadership role

5 WAYS TO DECALCIFY YOUR PINEAL GLAND REGARDLESS OF YOUR AGE

pineal-gland-decalcification1. Avoid all things fluoride:

Fluoride is in so many things – it’s purposefully made to be hard to avoid. Get a reverse osmosis water system if you can. Drinking with tap water and cooking with it heavily calcify our pineal glands. Get fluoride-less toothpaste, and stay away from any sodas and artificial food.

Garlic, ginger, cilantro, hemp seeds, coconut oil, kale or any dark leaf similar. Also raw cacao is incredible for this. Bentonite clay, colloidal sliver, noni juice and so much more! There are many different lists on the internet to check out.

3. Essentials oils:

Bergamot, Lavender, Sandalwood, Frankincense, Pachouli, Spearmint, tea tree oil, eucalyptus, rose water, sage and soo much more! Essential oils stimulate parts of our brain and can help activate our pineal glands.

4. Citric acid:

Putting lemon in water and drinking it every day, not only helps decalcify our pineal glands but it’s incredibly healthy in all aspects. It clears your skin and helps balance your PH levels and can take years off your face!

Garlic alone fights so many infections. It is a natural anti inflammatory, immune system booster and helps flush out the toxins in our body. The intense infusing flavors are so strong, it helps take the calcium off our pineal glands!

Chomsky: 'International law cannot be enforced against great powers’ FULL INTERVIEW

While the International Criminal Court investigates and sentences African dictators, any of the crimes the US commits like the invasion of Iraq, which has destabilized an entire region, go unpunished, philosopher Noam Chomsky tells RT.
RT:During a congressional hearing [on April 15, officially titled ‘Confronting Russia’s Weaponization of Information’], House Foreign Affairs Committee chair Ed Royce said, “The Russian media is now dividing societies abroad and, in fact, weaponizing information.” Where is that coming from? Is it a genuine fear or fear of alternative opinions?
Noam Chomsky: He’s talking about the Russian media but if there were any imaginable possibility of honesty, he could be talking about the American media, for which that is correct. Take the New York Times -- the greatest newspaper in the world. Take one example, at the first article that appeared today, that the tentative [nuclear] agreement with Iran was reached. It’s a thinkpiece, by Peter Baker, one of their main analysts. He discusses in it the main reasons to distrust Iran, the crimes of Iran. It’s very interesting to look at. The most interesting one is the charge that Iran is destabilizing the Middle East because it’s supporting militias which have killed American soldiers in Iraq. That’s kind of as if, in 1943, the Nazi press had criticized England because it was destabilizing Europe for supporting partisans who were killing German soldiers. In other words, the assumption is, when the United States invades, it kills a couple hundred thousand people, destroys the country, elicits sectarian conflicts that are now tearing Iraq and the region apart, that’s stabilization. If someone resists that tact, that’s destabilization.

10 Top Tips to Rewire Your Brain for Optimum Happiness

There’s a lot of research into happiness right now. You know it’s serious when even the government wants to know how happy we are!
The success of any nation can no longer be judged just on Gross Domestic Product (GDP). A lot of time, money and resources are now being focused on measuring our Gross Domestic Happiness too.
There are various ways of measuring well-being. The current one favoured in the UK asks people their rating of life satisfaction.. rating of how worthwhile the things they do are.. rating of happiness yesterday.. and rating of anxiousness yesterday.
Last year, an international study identified mental health, meaningful work, loneliness and the physical environment as some of the key drivers of happiness or unhappiness which often get overlooked by policy-makers.

The secret of extreme wellbeing

But what if there was a direct route to happiness? What if you could ‘rewire your brain’ for optimum happiness, and the ‘secret’ of extreme wellbeing could be reduced to something like an algorithm? Might there be one ‘master-key’ which could unlock the ‘mechanism’ of happiness?
A new book by Paul Dolan, Happiness by Design suggests there is. He describes a kind of ‘black box’ theory where stimuli are constantly being received by the human brain through sight, sound, touch, smell and taste and says it’s how we pay attention to these stimuli which equate to our potential for happiness or distress.
We all watch TV, read books or newspapers, eat food, sleep, do work, hang out with other people and have aches and pains. We all have hundreds and thousands of experiences a day and are on the receiving end of billions of bits of incoming data, all jostling for our attention. But we have more choice about where we focus our attention than we realise. Simply put, if we focus on the positive, we will feel happier, so we need to learn to allocate more attention to the positive stimuli and less to the negative.
We are shaped by our surroundings as much as we also shape and influence our environment. Dolan suggests we should consciously influence our surroundings to maximise our potential for happiness. This certainly fits in with what I have observed in 30,000 hours’ work as a psychotherapist. Yes, it does require effort to make change, but small changes in your routine can make a big difference, such as scheduling a regular phone call to a special friend, making sure you take time for things you enjoy, not taking your cigarettes to work, or changing your bank password to #£saveM0ney.
These small changes have the potential to improve our perception of our own happiness, says Dolan. He has a point. Attention is a limited resource. Latest research suggests that we can only consciously process 120 ‘bytes’ of information at one time. That’s the ability to listen to two conversations simultaneously. So, if we get a bit more organised, we can learn to maximise our potential for well-being by having a daily ‘system’ for living and focusing our attention on the positives will then become our regular ‘happiness habit’
